Turkey And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 turkey tenderloin, thinly sliced (about 3/4 lb.)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers
    1 medium onion, cut into thin strips
    1/4 c. prepared stir-fry sauce
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add oil; heat until it ripples.
    Add turkey; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Add frozen vegetables and onion; cook and stir 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender.
    Add stir-fry sauce; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked rice.
    Makes 4 (1 1/4 cup) servings.
