Ruth'S Pumpkin Stuff(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin (canned)
    5 beaten egg whites
    1 (13 oz.) can skim evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 box Duncan Hines no cholesterol cake mix
    1 c. melted margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients well.
    Pour into Pam sprayed 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle all the box of cake mix over top.
    Drizzle melted margarine and nuts over all.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
