Hot Shrimp On Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp (large), unshelled
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    greens
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    10 oz. cleaned spinach
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shell the shrimp and sprinkle with thyme, oregano, tarragon, coriander and pepper.
    Place in a single layer in a dish and sprinkle with oil.
    Set aside.
