Miner'S Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour, self-rising
3 egg yolk (save egg whites separately for frosting)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Preparation

Mix sugar, milk, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, and butter together.
Cook over medium heat until thickens.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat saved egg whites until stiff.
Frost pie and lightly brown frosting.
Yields two 9-inch pies.
