Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla
    1 c. nuts, raisins or coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add oil, sour cream and suga and beat well. Stir in zucchini, then stir in combined dry ingredients.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 80 minutes.
