Polish Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. flavored bread crumbs
    1 small onion
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients well in large bowl.
    Shape into hamburgers; fry in large skillet on medium flame, for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 burgers.
