Kruzckiki(Bow Ties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 pt. cream (sour or sweet)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour (to make stiff dough)
Preparation
    Roll out very thin. Cut into strips, 4 x 1 1/2-inch.
    Cut a slit down the center and slip one end through to make it like a bow tie.
    Deep fry until golden.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cooled.
