Mary'S Ricotta Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
