Chicken Cacciatore(Country: Italian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    parsley
    whole wheat pasta, cooked
Preparation
    Mix flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Coat chicken with flour mixture.
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Cook chicken over medium heat until brown (approximately 15 minutes on each side).
    Drain fat from skillet.
