Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick melted butter
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
12 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
2 small cans Chinese noodles
1 c. chopped cashew nuts
Preparation

Steam lightly; brown celery and onion in butter.
Add soup, broth, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chicken and salt. Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour into buttered dish.
Top with noodles and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
