La Casa Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas, broken into bite-size pieces
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion and beef. Drain.
    Add oil and tortillas.
    Heat together.
    Add sauces and 2 cups cheese.
    Mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
