Ingredients

5 c. fresh cut rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (packed in own juice)
Preparation

Let set overnight. The next day, boil for 20 minutes. Add 1 large strawberry or raspberry Jell-O.
Pour in jars and seal. Makes approximately 10 (8 ounce) jars.
