Veggie Party Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 c. mixed raw vegetables, finely chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on box.
    Bake in a 10-inch flan pan.
    Cool and remove to serving tray.
    Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry salad dressing mix.
    Spread on cooled corn bread.
    Top with chopped vegetables and cheese.
