Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey breast
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. dried sage
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except turkey, in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Place turkey breast in a 13 x 9-inch oiled baking dish.
    Pour 1/2 the mixture over the turkey; cover with foil and bake about an hour.
    Pour the other 1/2 over the turkey and continue baking another hour.
    Check for doneness.
