Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. melted butter
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 c. sweet milk
2 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together well.
Add sweet milk.
Fold in beaten whites of eggs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
