Gourmet Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. grated American or Velveeta cheese
    4 c. cooked, shredded potatoes
    1/4 c. dry bread cubes
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese and milk; pour over shredded potatoes.
    Top with buttered bread cubes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
