Squash Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 beaten eggs
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 small jar pimento
    4 or 5 medium yellow squash, diced, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat milk and pour over bread crumbs. Add eggs and next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Stir in squash and cheese.
    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
