Fisherman'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in chunks
1 lb. shrimp
1/4 lb. mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. white wine
2 sprigs chopped onion
1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
Preparation

In large skillet, brown chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, onion, wine and butter.
In separate pan, prepare the Rice-A-Roni. Combine in large casserole dish with the browning sauce.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
