Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. pecan halves
9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar, salt, syrup and butter.
Add pecan halves.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie crust comes out clean.
Cool before cutting.
