Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sliced peaches
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine peaches, water and 1/2 cup sugar in pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Cream shortening, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, egg and flour.
    Put peach mixture in 9 x 9-inch greased baking pan.
    Pour other mixture over that.
    Bake in 425\u00b0
    oven until brown.
