Fruit Charlotte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked fruit
1/2 c. light cream
6 slices toast
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts
whipped cream
Preparation

This is a dessert much used in Palestine and is so delicious, easy and economical that it will be one of your favorites.
The fruit may be stewed fresh fruit, drained canned fruit or stewed dried fruit.
I prefer the dried, for flavor.
