Zucchini Pie(One 9-Inch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked and mashed zucchini, drain off excess water
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 level Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. canned evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 1/2 Tbsp. soft oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add ingredients to zucchini.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center is done.
