Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 -8 oz tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 or 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 or 4 Tabasco peppers
Preparation
    Cook onion in 1 Tbsp. water in heavy skillet. Add meat & brown. Add other ingredients & cook at least 30 minutes.
