Tangy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
sugar or Sweet 'N Low to taste
diced cucumbers
diced green peppers
shredded carrots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate until jello sets. Very refreshing.
