Honey Whole-Wheat Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    3/4 c. honey
    2 pkg. active yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    5 c. unsifted stone-ground whole wheat flour
    2 to 3 c. white flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine water, honey and yeast.
    Allow to soften 5 minutes.
    Add oil and whole wheat flour.
    Beat 100 strokes.
    Add and stir well 2 to 3 cups white flour to make stiff dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes, place in oiled bowl, cover with cloth and let rise one hour.
    Punch down and knead to original size.
    Cut in two pieces.
    Roughly shape into loaves and place in two large (9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Let rise (40 to 45 minutes) to top of pans (or a little above).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
