Old Fashion Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c. flour, sifted
    2 pkg. active yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine 2 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, sugar, Crisco and salt until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0).
    Stir until Crisco melts; add dry mixture.
    Add eggs.
    Beat with mixer at low speed for 1/2 minute.
    By hand stir in enough remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough.
    Shape in ball.
    Place in a greased bowl.
    Let rise in a warm place until double, about 1 1/4 hours.
    Punch down and shape into ball.
    Let rise 45 minutes.
    Brush with melted Crisco. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
