Baby Calzone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. coarsely grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
20 very thin slices pepperoni
Preparation

Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in small bowl and mix.
Half each biscuit horizontally making 20 thin biscuits. If kitchen is hot, refrigerate half the dough.
Shape one piece of dough into an oval about 2 1/2 x 4-inches.
Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on the dough.
Top with one level tablespoon of cheese mixture.
Moisten edge and fold dough over to enclose filling.
Pinch edges to seal.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
