Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 c. raw grated carrots
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add dry ingredients, then eggs, one at a time.
Add carrots.
Bake in greased loaf pan for 55 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
