Crock-Pot Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) rump roast
    1 pkg. garlic Good Seasons salad dressing
    2 pkg. Italian Good Season salad dressing
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low all day.
    Cool and slice.
    Serve on rolls or buns with a bowl of \"au jus\" for dipping.
