Turkey Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried sage, ground
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, ground
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg white
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. salt-free chicken broth, defatted
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, blending well with hands.
    Shape mixture into hamburger-size patties.
    Arrange patties on a nonstick baking sheet and broil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Turn and continue to broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until done. Serves 6.
