Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 or 8 medium potatoes, cooked with peel on, cooled, skinned and grated
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped green onions
2 sticks melted butter
1 medium bag potato chips
Preparation

Put all ingredients but chips in mixing bowl and mix well. Put in a baking dish. Crush chips in the bag and sprinkle on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
