Chili Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can chili
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix corn muffin mix as directed on box.
Pour half in loaf. Spread on chili, cheese and onion.
Pour rest of batter in pan and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
