Scalloped Cabbage With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in desired shape.
    Place in kettle with generous amount of water.
    Add salt to water just before cooking is completed.
    Drain.
