Rosti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium white potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 slices bacon
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Shred the potatoes. Cook potatoes, onion and garlic in small amount of oil to brown slightly. Fry bacon until crisp. Put potato mixture in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Crumble bacon over the top and slightly mix. Shred cheese over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
