Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large head lettuce
    2 large tomatoes
    1 bunch green onions
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 large bag taco chips or Doritos brand
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain off all grease.
    Cool.
    Chop 1 head lettuce.
    Dice 2 tomatoes.
    Chop green onions.
    Shred cheese. Pour chips over other ingredients.
    Mix Ranch dressing mix according to directions.
    Add kidney beans.
    Pour dressing over all ingredients; mix lightly.
    Serves 15 people.
