Chicken Breast Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. celery salt or powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 chicken breasts
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/3 c. dry sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery powder, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper in large dish.
    Dip each breast in sour cream mixture, coating well.
    Place in baggie and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day remove chicken and roll in bread crumbs.
    Arrange in single layer in baking dish.
    At this point, dish can be covered with foil and frozen.
