Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 tsp. butter
    5 c. water
    5 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large bag broccoli
    3 c. milk
    5 oz. egg bow noodles
    8 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Chop onion and saute in 3 teaspoons butter.
    Add water and chicken cubes.
    Boil about 3 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook for 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat and add 3 cups milk, egg bow noodles and cubed cheese.
    Simmer slowly in crock-pot for about 2 to 3 hours or on stove over low heat.
    Check every once in awhile so it does not burn.
