Stuffed Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled, chopped mushrooms, drain and reserve liquid
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. flounder fillets (8)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    milk
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In skillet, saute onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender but not brown. Stir in drained mushrooms, flaked crab, cracker crumbs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Spread mixture over flounder fillets. Roll fillets and place seam side down in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
