Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. cumin seed or powder
    garlic powder to taste
    1 hot jalapeno pepper
    4 to 5 chopped fresh tomatoes or Del Monte Mexican style canned tomatoes
    1 box taco shells
    chopped lettuce and tomatoes (for topping)
Preparation
    Heat shells in oven (325\u00b0) until crisp.
    Simmer all ingredients for 45 minutes, thickening with 1 tablespoon flour if needed.
    Spoon filling into taco shells.
    Top with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and shredded cheese.
