Kansas City Steak Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sirloin strip steaks (about 12 oz. each)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. thinly sliced green onions (tops included)
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chili sauce
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation

Cut meat into even strips.
Heat half the butter in a skillet. Add meat.
Saute over medium-high heat until meat is brown and cooked to your liking.
Do not overcook.
Remove meat.
Keep warm.
