Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can diced chili peppers
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, diced
1/3 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack and Cheddar)
Preparation

Simmer chicken until tender, then remove chicken from bones and cut in small pieces.
Mix all ingredients except chicken and tortillas.
Reserve some cheese to put on top.
Make layers in buttered casserole with tortillas quartered on bottom, then chicken, then cheese mixture.
End with grated cheese on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
