Quick-Fried Cheese Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel brand or extra sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. milk
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    oil
Preparation
    Dip cheese in combined eggs and milk; coat with crumbs. Repeat dipping and coating.
    Chill.
    Fry in deep hot oil (375\u00b0) for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 28 appetizers.
