Pancit Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork or chicken
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 head cabbage
    garlic
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. yellow or rice stick noodles
    5 pieces carrots
    1/2 white or yellow onion
    water
Preparation
    Cook meat until golden brown in cooking oil.
    Add garlic and onion; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and about 2 1/2 cups of water or more.
    Simmer for 2 to 5 minutes.
    Then add your noodles.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
