Kris'S Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, dry mustard, pepper and garlic or onion powder
    2 c. seasoned croutons (1 box equals 4 c.)
    5 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    cooked bacon slices
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk and seasonings until foamy.
    Put croutons on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish (shallow), then cheese, then pour egg mixture over all.
    Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Lay bacon on top when done.
    Serves 6 to 8.
