Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 medium size zucchini, grated and drained (2 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, squash and vanilla.
    Mix. Add all dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans, (8 x 5 x 3-inch) at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
