Barbecued Ground Hog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ground hog, dressed and cut into bite-sized chunks
2 Tbsp. lard
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Brown meat in lard in heavy skillet.
Drain off excess lard and drippings.
Pour barbecues sauce over meat.
Simmer on stove until meat is tender.
Serve with vegetables and bread.
