Foiled Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. prepared onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pare potato, cut in 1/4-inch slices and place on square of heavy duty foil.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with soup mix. Wrap and seal tightly.
    Roast on outside.
    Grill or cook in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 1 portion.
