Rice Pan Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. hot milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooked rice
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add hot milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Pour in casserole, sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
    Set in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
