Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    35 or 36 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 or 2 lb. cooked broccoli, drained well
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 stick margarine and cheese.
    Put into casserole dish (9 x 12-inch).
    Arrange cooked broccoli on top of cheese.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine. Add to crushed crackers and mix well. Spread over top of broccoli. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes to melt cheese. Good for company and potlucks.
