Swiss Ham Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh broccoli, cooked
    1/4 c. onion (onion powder can be used)
    parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can Hormel chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks
    1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
Preparation
    Heat oven.
    Cook broccoli; drain and cut up into smaller pieces.
    In bowl, combine flour, onion, margarine, mustard and lemon juice.
    Add Swiss cheese and ham; mix.
    Arrange rolls on a cookie sheet, with center being about a 3-inch circle.
    Spoon filling in a ring evenly over bases of triangles.
    Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
    Serve hot.
